This web site was created to honor our Fallen Soldiers And Their Survivors.
It is the work of the Chay Project, named in honor of SSgt. Kyu Hyuk Chay. He was killed in action in Afghanistan in October, 2006, and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. His name can also be found on the War Memorial in Chappaqua, New York.
